With our own home, we can schedule more classes, at more times, on more days of the week.

Reaching new communities
Imagine one veteran helping another overcome the traumas of combat through their partnership with a horse. From our new home, our horses can help these and other new communities.
 
More time for riding
A home for RVR means a home for our tack and equipment as well. So time we now spend hauling, setting up and taking down equipment can be spent teaching and riding.

A home… for special horses
Stalls and pasture mean our equine partners will have a comfortable, caring home as well.

River Valley Riders purchased 38 acres of land in May 2009.  Google Map.  The next step is to build an outdoor arena, driveway, and parking lot.  Your support will allow lessons to begin in Afton as soon as construction is completed.  In addition to financial donations, we are grateful for in-kind contributions.
