SCHEDULE CONFLICTS
Call 651-439-2558 if the participant is unable to attend lessons for any reason. RVR expects all participants, parents or caregivers to notify us as soon as possible because we have many individuals on the waiting list who would love the opportunity to fill in for any open lessons.

Your consideration is appreciated that you would call even if it is last minute as it would allow us to inform the volunteers of the changes for the evening.

WEATHER POLICY
Call 651-439-2558 if you have any concerns about the weather, as the message will be updated if the lessons are canceled. This is the most reliable method to know of weather related cancellations.

RVR will cancel by 4:00pm on the day of lessons if:
* There are thunderstorm or tornado WARNINGS (not watches)
* Temperature considerations will be at the discretion of the instructors
