 Thank you to everyone who supported RVR on Saturday, June 21st for the Ninth Annual River Valley Walk and Ride-A-Thon, to help raise funds to allow our services to be expanded to help more children and adults with special needs.

RVR Launches Capital Campaign for a Brighter Future |
 In December 2006, River Valley Riders launched a Capital Campaign to raise funds to purchase land in the St. Croix River Valley and to build an indoor riding arena. This land will be the new home for RVR for years to come. The goal is to raise $100,000.00 to begin the purchase process and building campaign. As of May 9, 2008 over $95,000.00 has been raised and grants have been approved for an additional $55,000.00 pending acquisition of land!
"This is the next step for RVR" Joan Berg, Executive Director for RVR. "It has always been a dream of RVR to have an arena and stable area just for RVR. With this land and buildings, we can serve more clients (of which there is a constant waiting-list), serve them year around, and provide the community a first class riding facility to mentally and physically challenged children and adults.”
